Наша дача находиться в Совиньоне, на улице Болгарской Пляж в пяти минутах ходьбы Дом в 3-х уровнях со всеми удобствами, горячей водой и своим двориком 5 минут пешком до бесплатного пляжа возле Авроры, есть место для парковки во дворике Всего у нас три уровня. На первом: большая гостиная с диваном, кухня, обеденная зона, санузел. На втором: детская комната с двухъярусной кроватью, санузлом и выходом на террасу. На третьем уровне: спальня с большой кроватью, санузлом и выходом не террасу.

There is another house on the territory in which the owners live. Friendly dogs live on the land, won't cause discomfort.

Есть генератор для бесперебойного питания. Внутренний двор с обеденной зоной, мангалом-барбекю, шезлонгами. Спальных мест 6-8. Развитая инфраструктура и удобная транспортная развязка. Рядом с домом расположены супермаркет, кофейни, кафе, рынок и т.д.
