I thought the spot was quite nice, looks pretty much the same to the photos.

I really liked the apartment, everything is there for a comfortable stay Maria made sure there was internet when the lights went out. There are also various lamps that will come in handy when you turn off. Very authentic Odessa courtyard with cats, the apartment is in the very center, but has a quiet location

I've stayed twice. I love this neighborhood. I might come again. Ideally, I would add a microwave. Clean, cozy, the location is excellent. Thank you, Sergei and Marina, it was nice to talk.

This was the first time that I used Airbnb. Alla was lovely and incredibly kind. She made my experience pleasant and easy. I stayed for a little over a month visiting my partner. The apartment was charming and cozy and that really makes a world a difference when you’re a very long way from home. Alla is definitely a Superhost—I have nothing but positive things to say!

Everything was great. We wanted to stay for a couple more days, but unfortunately the accommodation was already booked. It's convenient that everything is at hand. Even a bomb shelter.

We rented the apartment for almost a month. I liked everything. The residential complex and the area are very cool, especially for living there in the summer. Vlad was always available and answered all our questions. So we definitely recommend it!

Great apartment with a great location. Even the lack of water due to the accident in the city did not significantly worsen the impression of the housing. Arcadia is a 10-minute walk, a shop and a pharmacy are right outside the house. Apartment with the best sunrises, I recommend!)

The exact price-quality ratio. Very convenient location of the apartment, everything you need is nearby, 10 minutes walk to Ibiza, shops, pharmacies nearby. Mila is very kind and responsive. I will definitely rent from her again!

Excellent location, the house has a closed well-maintained area with a playground. To the sea and the promenade with entertainment, 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is clean, neat with all the necessary things and dishes. Clean mattress and fresh textiles (bedding, towels). Everything works perfectly, no foreign smells. Good soundproofing. The apartment also has a balcony where you can drink coffee,looking at the sea and the local surroundings:) The hostess is beyond praise! Attentive, responsive and pleasant to communicate with:) I definitely recommend!

Very nice , spacious apartment in a good location . Arcadia where there are many cafes , restaurants and shopping centers only 200 m away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort. Nice terrace with a warm jacuzzi that I didn't want to leave . Definitely one of the best options for this price. We'll definitely be back .

Julia (the host) was very responsive, helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to make things right. 5 stars for that. That being said, I’d highly recommend a Drop Box for self check-in and somehow update the BNB address link to show up accurately in Google Maps. It doesn’t match.

Excellent apartment.Superb location. Every thing you require for your stay has been thought of and the quality of furnishing and amenities are premium. Olga and Victor are great host and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We sill definitely stay again with them. 🙏

Vikor’s place is amazing and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The space is well equipped and very comfortable in an amazing part of the city.
