The hostess allowed to check into the apartment at 6:30 in the morning, which is much earlier than expected. They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

One of the best apartments I've visited so far and the best of those I rented in Odessa. Photos are 100% correct. Very bright and clean apartments with kitchen equipped with lots of various utensils and accessories for convenient cooking. My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

Great place with sea view

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Before all, I just want to express my nobility to the hosts who welcomed us and comfortably. I could also say the place is great. Fully corresponds to the photos and even better. The cleanest room, everything is neat, tidy and provided for comfort. In complete delight, the magnificent views and beauty of nature are all around. A huge plus of this place. The entire plot is surrounded by greenery and stands on the very shore of the sea. It's incredibly beautiful. Quiet, no one interferes, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Chic resort, we are absolutely delighted and will definitely come again! Thank You

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

The windows have a breathtaking view of the sea, and we were lucky enough to meet the dawn just from the terrace — an unforgettable moment. I especially liked the large bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking. The comfortable bed, quiet and privacy created a feeling of complete peace. An ideal place to reboot 🧘

We liked it! In reality, it's better than in the photo. It's clean and cozy, all the basics you need. There is access to the underground parking, which is relevant today not only for cars.

There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.
