From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding motorways. There is a fireplace, fruit trees, a tree bench & hammocks to relax. The surroundings offer countless great excursion destinations.

The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

Direkt an einem malerischen Sees erwartet dich ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus, umgeben von blühender Natur. Die vielen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und bieten einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne. Ein gemütliches Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esstisch machen den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel.

Fewo Vogelnest

Die Fewo Vogelnest ist eine sehr helle Wohnung im Dachgeschoß mit Blick in Baumwipfel und Gärten. Sie liegt in ruhiger Sackgasse und ist ca. 50 qm groß mit einem kleinen Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich. Bad mit Fenster, Waschmachine, Verdunkelung im Schlafz. Die Wohnung in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage, bietet Anbindung an ÖNV und div. Läden fußläufig in ca. 5 min . Wandern, joggen, oder für Hundebesitzer beginnt ein Wadgebiet direkt am Haus.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
