The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. !No groups of friends please! Unconventional large apt (120 m2) in the middle of everything. Located on the garden level (basement conversion) of historical building. Ideal for a short stay with kids. PROS: best city location (on foot to most of top-10 sights) + WiFi + cooking facilities + deep garage (32€/day) + check-in at night possible + inkl. bedlinen/towels + hairdryer + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: located below ground level -> dark - no washing machine - no TV - no a/c - expensive

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
