Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

Well, it is tiny cozy studio in a very quiet district. Yet it take only 15-20 minutes to travel to noisy heart of Berlin by using U6 Swarzkofstrasse station, which is about 500 m from the flat. Everything was clean and according to provided information. Also Phill gives clear instructions and ready to answer, so check the info. As per studio itself it is ideal for solo traveler. I liked almost everything. The only detail, is that bed available on entresole under the ceiling or on opening sofa. I would recommend the last as more comfortable. Generally, it is a good budget place for a short stay in Berlin.

We were at the Uber Arena in Berlin due to a concert and Julian's place was perfectly located for this, in just a 20 minute walk we were at the hall which was really great. The apartment is ideal for four people, the rooms are great cut and we felt very comfortable! We would come back and highly recommend it:)

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. I've just returned from my stay, and the apartment was spotless, looking exactly as the photos showed. Vasil, the host, was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Will stay here again next time I'm in town!

Beautiful weekend spent with the family in Berlin: the apartment is fantastically located and offers enough space for play and fun with 4 teenagers (billiard room!). There are so many restaurants and cafes around that we hardly cooked ourselves. A clear recommendation and I'd be happy to come back!

My stay at May's place was great. May was very accommodating when i experienced some check-in issues, and those issues were resolved quickly. The apartment was beautiful and I felt right at home. The location is great: so many restaurants and kebab stores nearby, but since the apartment is located in a courtyard, it was really quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

A great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk brings you to the M4 tram which brings you in about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. For us it was a great place to unwind after visiting the city. The place was very clean and full of charm, and Anke is a great host. In short: great choice to stay for Berlin. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

I can recommend staying at Fadeih’s apartment. I loved the location and proximity to hip cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. As the apartment is not facing the street, it is very quiet. The place is great if you need to separate sleeping areas. It was easy to get hold of Fadeih and she was very friendly. Clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out. Personally, I was surprised that the guests need to strip the beds as I assumed that would be part of the cleaning fee.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

I stayed with Katrin and Roxanne for two weeks. The apartment and rooms are very nice, the hosts are friendly and open-minded. Very good communication and information, time for conversations but also opportunities to retreat. The highlight is the balcony in the room.

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!
