This unique villa is located near to the beach and city center. This is a perfect place to spend unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. Our guests can relax in private sauna and jacuzzi. The complete villa is air-conditioned. The villa consist of three bedrooms , and one bedroom has its own bathroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen. Our property is 30-minutedrive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from Zadar. Our guests have free parking place , grill and 5 bicycles.

Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

You will rest in a peaceful environment, while the hustle and bustle of the city and entertainment are only a few kilometers away from you! Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
