Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

There were 6 of us + a toddler. The villa was easy to find. Unfortunately, the person who was waiting for us on site only spoke Croatian. But you could still communicate well with your hands and feet. The check-in went without any problems. The villa was in pristine condition, we felt right at home. There is a bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room, unfortunately the cool air does not reach the 3 bedrooms. That's why it was pretty warm at night. Upon request, we received a travel cot and a high chair. The location is a bit out of the way, but you know this beforehand, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, everything was a 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

What a sweet family. They'll leave you totally alone unless you need them, and they'll be there for you right away. The view of the sea in beautiful. Its sunsets are phenomenal. The garden is full of different fruits. Who the owner lovingly gives to you. We'd love to come back.

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Mrs. Nikolina has a beautiful accommodation that is highly recommended if you come to Zadar. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, has everything you need in the apartment for a pleasant stay in it. We had fast and excellent communication with the host and I will definitely return to that apartment again

Toni was very helpful and friendly. We were 10 there. The place is 15 minutes from Zadar - Uber come (98% of cases). Otherwise there is practically nothing in the village, but perfect for days by the beautiful pool! We had a great time!

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay here.Very sweet and clean apartment, perfect for two people and an amazing pool. Martina responded quickly, gave great tips for good local restaurants and was very flexible in our arrival and departure. Her and Boris were both very friendly and great hosts. Thank you!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a holiday immediately.

If you are looking for relaxation, Denisa's place is perfect. The heated pool allows you to draw your laps and enjoy the tranquility even at slightly cooler temperatures. The house and property were very clean and we felt very comfortable. A rental car/private car is definitely needed, as there are no shopping facilities within walking distance. We have never experienced such great hospitality as with Denisa's parents who took care of us during our stay. Thank you so much for this wonderful holiday!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Ante was a great host. The place was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted with a plate of cold cuts and homemade schnapps. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we really liked was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the place.

We were very warmly welcomed by Mirjana and Mladen and felt completely comfortable from the beginning. The large property is designed with great attention to detail – romantic, quiet and simply perfect for relaxing.
