Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Murrayville

Although there are a couple small areas that can be improved, I still give it a 5-star review! The location is excellent: the place is located in historic area in Downtown Wilmington, waking distance ( within 10 minutes) to a lots good restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk! We enjoyed the downtown vibe by just walking within few minutes, and also enjoyed the quiet time during the night! Perfect location! The place is newly and very well renovated, very clean and comfortable! So comfortable, we did not even went to go out sometimes! Even though it’s street parking, parking has never been an issue during our 2 weeks staying! We could be able to park right in front of the place every time! The host - Sabeer Christian provided outstanding customer service! Very very appreciative the help we received! We are very satisfied during our staying here, will definitely come back again!

I looked at many different Airbnbs to figure out what matched. There were a few that could have worked but ultimately chose Wendy’s. My own house about 15 minutes away was getting a new built bathroom and couldn’t my Cat Herman and I stay and live in The process. My construction started on a Monday so I was able to move into Wendy’s house the Sunday before. I was able to drive over the first day when they started for the next 10 days. The house had a plethora of towels, sheets, rooms with their own separate TVs. There was a note that I could use anything in the house if needed. The freezer already had some food loaded up. The covered sunroom was the thing that pushed it over that this will happen and go smoothly. Herman loves to have animals, birds to watch and it was air conditioned. Also each AM &PM there was 2 wild turkeys just hanging out. This is the house for 1 person or a family. If looking for a beach stay or a project this in a house to definitely serve you well

Tiffany was a great host, always responsive and had a beautiful place. We have family down in that area and would love to stay the next time we visit!

Vickie was a wonderful host, very responsive & proactive, making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our time there. The place is nicely decorated & the beds comfortable to sleep in. Easy to drive downtown & to the area beaches.

I have stayed in a number of Airbnbs in the US and Canada. This was the best one I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate, well appointed, great location, great parking, comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Since my son lives in Wilmington, I am very sure I will stay there again if it is available. Thanks Jacquelinne.

this house was absolutely amazing. It felt like a home. Everything was so comfortable. hosts were very nice. A whole fence backyard with toys and surfboards for the kids. Games and more this is perfect for a family trips really close to the beach less than 20 minutes away. Perfect house.

loved the house and attention to detail. it was very clean and we couldn't tell that people had checked out the morning we checked in. Dena was very responsive, check in & out were super easy, and the neighborhood was very cute - we even saw some chickens on our walk! would definitely stay here again, although I would bring my own high chair and pack & play. bug spray and a little shade is needed for the backyard

Our stay was just the getaway we needed! Lary’s place was extremely clean and comfortable! the outdoor space and landscaping were spectacular, it felt like being at a resort. the neighborhood was quite and relaxing, however not walkable to town as there are not many side walks. definitely rent a bike or a golf cart!

Had a wonderful stay! Melissa was incredibly friendly and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I stayed in the airbnb for a little under a month and it was incredible!

We visited Wilmington for a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops close by. Loved the view. Slept comfortably in the king bed. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the host is very responsive and helpful.

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

This condo provided a great stay for my family in Carolina Beach. the neighborhood was quiet and had very close beach access. With just a short drive to the boardwalk it proved to be a great location. The condo was spacious and clean. The instructions provided by Jody were easy to follow.

We booked for a weekend trip to explore Wilmington and have a get away! Our trip was great as the airbnb was conveniently minutes to downtown, Ubers were easy to book. We plan on staying here yearly! It’s so nice to find great hosts who were very accommodating and responsive.

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

An adorable beach bungalow perfect for a couple's getaway! Very clean and with all the amenities you could need for a trip to Oak Island. Short walk to the beach via public access point, and great restaurants and coffee shop - all within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice added feature! Owner very responsive to any question we might have. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

1000 characters can’t capture the immaculate & pristinely styled Bella Vita, which is perfectly located oceanfront with a private walkover/shower, & a short stroll from vibrant Carolina Beach Boardwalk (don’t miss nightly live music & a bag of Britt’s Donuts!) It is also near restaurants, groceries, & anything else you need for your time at the beach! If you like to cook, the beautiful kitchen is spacious & well appointed, & there are multiple areas for service & eating! From the huge main living area you will enjoy gorgeous ocean views & tons of natural light, with generous space & multiple gathering areas, which make it both cozy & wide open all at the same time! The vast master bedroom/bath is a showstopper, & all 3 bedrooms have comfy beds, ample storage, & private bathrooms, plus gorgeous views from 2 balconies, perfect for watching sunrises, a rainstorm, or summer fireworks at the Boardwalk. The pictures are gorgeous, yet they don’t do this seaside home justice! We WILL be back!

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.

Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was an amazing experience we will NEVER forget. It was by far my favorite bnb and I’ve stayed at a couple of Airbnbs. It’s close to the beach but it didn’t really matter because we wanted to spend all our time on his property. It was clean and there’s a ton of rooms in the villa! It is decorated so nice and the exotic animal farm he has is amazing! We stayed during the 4th of July and he had food waiting for us in their beautiful outside kitchen when we got back! You won’t want to leave the property. The pool was great and the rooms and bathrooms are so clean! I can’t wait to stay at their place again! I loved every second and they were all extremely responsive. They had fresh eggs and tomatoes that I brought home. Book your stay! You won’t regret it.

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

Honestly an amazing experience, even when you see the price you get the experience to match, in the best of ways. An amazing room with a fantastic shower and John was extremely friendly the entire time! There was a great welcome book with clear instructions. we had a great breakfast with farm fresh eggs provided by the host. The animals were beautiful and we loved the tour that was included.
