We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). The apartment I live in is in a block of flats, where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access both by public transport and by car. There is a bus stop 300 metres away, and shops and a park are nearby. The apartment is bright and spacious, in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries, an iron, a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wardrobe available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters.
