We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. The apartment I live in is in a block of flats, where I offer a spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, with excellent access both by public transport and by car. There is a bus stop 300 metres away, and shops and a park are nearby. The apartment is bright and spacious, in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, toiletries, an iron, a dryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a wardrobe available. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
