The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner, and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

Spacious house, beautiful garden, great view, quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area. Great restaurants in the village.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Roots house. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for activities in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

It was a very nice stay in a quiet and beautiful environment. The first impression was even better than can be seen in the pictures and everything was sparkling clean. Surprisingly, we found the beautiful view of the mountains from the sauna. This provided extra relaxation and a highlight. Furthermore, everything you need to live and feel good was available. With a great incidence of light through large windows during the day, a warm light installation for the evening and the matching decoration, a beautiful atmosphere is ensured. There is passion and love behind it. We also found the bed comfortable and were able to sleep well. The host was very friendly and communication went smoothly. All in all, a good value for the money and we were very satisfied.

We spent four wonderful nights in Klaus and Lydia's lovingly furnished apartment. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, and the beautiful garden an oasis of deceleration and relaxation. Klaus and Lydia were very warm, attentive, but never intrusive hosts. We felt very comfortable with you. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle! The village offers a well-stocked village shop, a great public playground and, with the "Trödler", a charming place to stop if you don't want to cook in the evening. We recommend the accommodation without reservation!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and beautiful apartment in Krün. It was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the spacious balcony offered stunning mountain views. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. Highly recommended!

The apartment is only 10 minutes from the train station, Murnau is a very good central starting point for exploring the Blue Country. The apartment has a small balcony with great views of the Alps and it is very quiet. In a few steps you are in the pedestrian zone. You should know: the apartment is on the second floor without elevator, washing machine/dryer are in the basement, the stove has only 2 plates, the apartment has many slopes - also in the bedroom, attention tall people ;-). The landlord responds very quickly to questions and problems.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A magnificent view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalised welcome board.

We stayed with Violetta for 5 days, were greeted in a very friendly manner and were able to reach Violetta at any time. The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking the magnificent nature. Super clean and well-appointed house half. Everything is available, what is needed. Absolutely quiet location and everything easily accessible. The surroundings offer everything your heart desires for hiking. After a heavy shower, the use of the sauna was great. We will be happy to come back.

A great place to relax, discover nature and unwind. I went cycling there and discovered some really beautiful spots. Martina's book on herbs and the brief exchange with her were super inspiring. The view from the apartment every morning was pure vacation. I would come back.

Especially great for children is the large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything easily and well. This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. A beautiful apartment in a very nice place where you can walk to the restaurants and the bakery. A nice supermarket is also nearby. Furthermore, it is centrally located, making it a great base for beautiful excursions. Simon and Michaela are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to our messages.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

We found Michael's accommodation very nice, clean and quiet. There were already many things available, such as salt, pepper, detergent, soap and toilet paper. There was a lot to do in the area, whether in the mountains or by the lake. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday at Michael's.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is generously sized and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochel or Lake Walchen are also easy to reach by car. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.
