Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

Beautiful apartment: Quiet location, right on the Ach

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

We offer a room for 2 people. There are completely separate rooms that are separated from the rest of the house. With its own private entrance, 1 bedroom (double bed, sofa, wardrobe). In the hallway there is a coffee and tea corner, plates, cutlery, coffee machine available, no cooking facilities. Private bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the basement and is nice and cool in summer. It is located in a quiet residential area near the lake (10 min by bike) and close to the center (10 min walk).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
