On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Incl. guest card (e.g. discount for mountain railway, museums, lidos, etc.)

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. The apartment, 55sqm, is on the 3rd and top floor of the house with elevator. It is modern and luxuriously furnished. For 2-3 people, it offers close proximity to the center of Murnau with shops, culture and restaurants. All rooms have windows and are bright and flooded with light. You don't need a car to stay here, everything is within walking distance.

Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee are within walking distance and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extensive walk.
