We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Welcome to our little newly built cottage, which our guests can use all to themselves. The low-energy house was built from high-quality materials in solid wood. The underfloor heating installed throughout the living area can also cool in summer, so that there is a pleasant living climate all year round. Beautiful Iffeldorf is wonderfully centrally located between Munich and Garmisch on the picturesque Osterseen.

Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly built (2019) vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (approx. 18 square meters) each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of which (about 10 square meters) has a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m).
