Charmante maisonnette située au pied du rocher de Bonnevie. Surplombant la ville de Murat, elle offre une très jolie vue sur cette cité de caractère. L'accès au centre ville est à 2mn à pied. A 10mn en voiture de la station d'hiver du Lioran ou ULM-oies . Situation proche des monts d'Auvergne (Puy Mary,plomb du Cantal, départ GR) qui permet de nombreuses randonnées pour les amoureux de la nature. Ou bien de belles balades en motos ou en vélos. Cascades,burons et Salers seront au rendez-vous.
