Very cozy cottage in the center of Murat. Completely renovated, cute, well-equipped and ideally located, you'll love it! Winter: 10 minutes from the slopes of Lioran and Prat de Bouc, accessible by train or car. Snowshoeing, cross-country & downhill skiing, ice rink, truffade, aligot... The rest of the time: hundreds of hiking trails, legendary mountain passes to conquer by bike, zero mosquitoes, the most beautiful cows in the country, truffade, aligot... 🙂 Come on, it's going to be good!

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

This house for 4 people and a baby is close to the highway but quiet and close to nature. From the parking lot, you have direct access to the private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. The interior layout is very spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. The beds are made upon arrival, and bath sheets are at your disposal. We recently added a misting fan to make your stay comfortable in case of high heat!
