Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Appartement complet situé au rez de chaussé, dans une petite résidence paisible. Wifi fibre, TV avec accès Netflix. Stationnement pratique devant le logement. Quartier très calme. Dans Murat même, une jolie petite cité de caractère à 2mn à pied. Gare à proximité. Favorablement situé près des monts du Cantal (Le plomb,Puy Mary,départ GR) à 10 mn en voiture de la station de ski du Lioran,desservi par navettes, bus, trains. Pour les amoureux de la nature. Ski,vélo,randonnées au rendez vous.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
