We are offering a renovated 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 48 m² (for single occupancy) or a 3-bedroom apartment of approximately 63 m² (for occupancy of 2 or more people, with an additional bedroom) for rent to non-smokers. The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities of Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt and Munich Airport (MUC) are about 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Apartment is on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . Apartment is decorated in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls...
