It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Luxury coastal cottage with private beach access

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Badger Lodge is sited in a small quiet woodland area at Orchard Leaze, which is set off a quiet country lane bordered by large mature trees. Wake up to the sunrise and hear the birds singing, and have breakfast with a cup of coffee sitting outside. Reconnect with nature with Deer, Rabbits, Badgers and Foxes passing through the Woodland and listen out for the Owls. Approximately 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach's with Mablethorpe 7 miles, and Skegness 10 miles away.
