The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location directly on the protected landscape area, however, does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city centre and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car, you can reach the A52 in about 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. You can reach Düsseldorf Airport, as well as the Messe-Stadt Essen in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, forest and the Ruhr as well! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!
