Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Modern and spacious village villa in Muiden

In the charming fortress town of Muiden, 20 minutes' drive from Amsterdam, is this spacious and modernly furnished house. The lovely southwest-facing garden offers every opportunity to have lunch or dinner outside. The bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance of our house, which is located in a very friendly neighborhood. Parking is free in front of the door (1 car). There are several good restaurants with terraces nearby. Muiden is located on the river Vecht and the Markermeer.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

An authentic house from 1850, right in the historic center of the cozy Muiden. It is a cozy house with two bedrooms, private kitchen and bathroom, living room, dining room and a spacious sunny garden. Close to the Muiderslot (Amsterdam Castle). Many restaurants, free parking, close to the beach of the IJsselmeer, close to beautiful hiking & cycling routes. Within 30 minutes, you are in the center of Amsterdam! By bus from Muiden P+R (15 min walk) or by train from Weesp.

Casa Petite: holiday cottage with garden and parking

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. When you return to the cottage, you can enjoy the panoramic views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both indoors and outdoors.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
