Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The apartment is centrally located: The city center with pedestrian zones and bus station, as well as nature are all within walking distance (each only 300 m). Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
