Rural hideaway between Hamburg and Lübeck

Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding motorways. In your apartment (2nd floor, not barrier-free!) you can enjoy a perfect view of a large garden with pond. The apartment has a large balcony, a large living room, a small bedroom as well as a larger dining area with kitchen, where the sleeping berth is. Located in a quiet village, it is only 30 minutes (by car) to Hamburg city center or Lübeck. Right nearby are recreational areas and beautiful forests. In the village there is a large horse farm and there are two good restaurants.

Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "Old Milk Chamber" was part of the agricultural and livestock farming that has been carried out here on our farm for many generations. Now it has been converted into a holiday apartment. You can park directly in front of the apartment and the bus stop is about 20 metres away.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Quiet house in a quiet location for 3 people

Beautiful and bright furnished cottage with private entrance. The house is located directly behind our own residential building with terrace The center is about a 10-minute walk away. By car, you can reach Hamburg or Lübeck in about 40 minutes. The house is heated by a fireplace and therefore has a cozy warmth. However, the house can also be heated by heating. The little house is great for craftsmen or people passing through to Denmark.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer our guest room with separate entrance to nice people for overnight stays and to linger. The room and bathroom are available for the guests' exclusive use. To relax outdoors, there is a lawn and seating right in front of the entrance. Hoisdorf offers many opportunities for recreation and at the same time good connections by bus/train or car/highway to Hamburg. We are also happy to provide our guests with a bike during their stay.

The detached guest house is quietly in a cul-de-sac location – ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(s) and dog(s). With modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the property is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
