Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. With vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, modern kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool and easy access to the medieval town of Montpellier. Pleasant, quiet and sunny villa in a village close to the Petite Camargue, 15 minutes from the sea and Montpellier. It includes 3 bedrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, an office and a garage A private and heated swimming pool of 7 m x 4 m and 90 cm x 160 cm deep. Two outdoor terraces: one pool side equipped with sun loungers on the sun side and a seating area on the shade side and one entrance side with outdoor dining area with barbecue on a 400 m2 wooded garden.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Le logement est climatisé, meublé, équipé, lave vaisselle, téléviseur wifi, salle de bain, Wc séparé un canapé convertible 2 places et un lit de 160 cm en mezzanine. Excellent séjour à tous

A 15 mn de Montpellier et des plages méditerranéennes, villa moderne rénovée à Mudaison dans un ancien angard agricole permet de profiter d’un cadre plein de charme dans le calme niché au début de la petite Camargue. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, les pieds dans l’eau. Cette maison de caractère de 220 m2 peut recevoir jusqu'à 8 personnes maximum ( 4 chambres climatisées et 3 salles de bain). Nous n’acceptons pas les fêtes car nous sommes dans un lotissement.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
