Small shops nearby (Lidl), shopping malls 5 minutes and 10 minutes away, Arena 10 minutes away. Two greenways 5 minutes away, one to explore the hinterland and the other to discover the Petite Camargue (possibility of renting electric bikes). Train station with free parking 5 minutes by car, city bus service.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, les pieds dans l’eau. Cette maison de caractère de 220 m2 peut recevoir jusqu'à 8 personnes maximum ( 4 chambres climatisées et 3 salles de bain). Nous n’acceptons pas les fêtes ni la musique car nous sommes dans un lotissement.

A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Il se situe près de la gare de Baillargues et l'accès rapide à l'autoroute de Montpellier, près des plages Carnon Palavas La Grande Motte.. Le logement est climatisé, meublé, équipé, lave vaisselle, téléviseur wifi, salle de bain, Wc séparé un canapé convertible 2 places et un lit de 160 cm en mezzanine. Excellent séjour à tous
