Grecale Villa Baja was an incredibly lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is excellent—central yet away from the city's stress and noise. We had the pleasure of staying there at the beginning of October with our 20-month-old baby. There was everything you need in terms of child-friendly facilities, such as a high chair, bed, toys, etc. We were greeted by an incredibly welcoming host who remained extremely service-minded and accommodating throughout our stay. They responded very quickly to our messages and provided helpful advice on shopping and other small matters we had questions about. The host was attentive but never intrusive. I/we would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a quiet spot to use as a base while exploring Sardinia. The only downside (for us and the time of year) was that we didn't have sun on our terrace for most of the day. But of course, the host couldn’t change that, so we don't consider it a real downside :) A big recommendation

Staying at Barbara and Fernando's place was excellent! We came with a 10 month old baby. We expected a quiet and family place and it was exactly what it was. We had all breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. There was shade in the garden in the morning and evening so you could take a break from the heat and the sun on the beach. Fernando personally greeted us and showed us around the place. He quickly answered all our questions. He also organized a crib and high chair, gave good local tips. He made us feel at home! The bedroom is large, the kitchen is enough to prepare meals. The bathroom is small. The furnishings and furniture are old, but it didn't interfere with rest. The living room is small, but we spent the whole time in the garden thanks to the good comfort. The location is great. Close to beaches, 10 to 20 minutes by car. Close to very good restaurant and supermarkets. Car is essential. Many thanks Fernando and Barbara!

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean, in a quiet area and very well located, met all the conditions for a great stay. Great location to shine and discover beautiful sites. Essential shops are very close . Andrea is a considerate host for the well-being of her tenants, very responsive, available and charming.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable: 2 minutes walk away from the beautiful beach, dream view over the bay, by car you are quickly at other beautiful beaches and towns. Furnishings practical, enough blankets and pillows available, little things were missing in the kitchen other than in the announcement , but nothing dramatic. Raffaele looked after us on site and communication was straightforward. At night it was wonderfully quiet, we recovered very well. For two people, the apartment is ideal and the terrace is a spacious additional living space, which we have used well for yoga, dancing and lazyness. 2 additional loungers would be great. Fantastic that there were mosquito screens in front of all windows and the large shower in the bathroom gets an extra note!
