Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
