Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mount Dora

Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

We booked this trip on a whim just to get away for a few days. We had a great stay that was very comfortable and convenient to the entire town. The bed and linens were so soft and made for a restful nights sleep. It is pet friendly but kept super clean. It was hard to tell any animals may have been there before. The bathroom areas are a bit snug, but this is an older house in the historic district, so the space was utilized well for the purpose of the rental. We enjoyed the peace and serenity to recharge, feeling right at home the whole time. Kitchen was very well equipped with coffee, tea, condiments, and ice, so we had all the extras that are often missing at other rentals.

We had a wonderful time at the Mermaid Cottage. Steve, Amy and their son were wonderful hosts. Steve was so easy to communicate with and immediately solved any issues that we had. We were very happy with the inside of the lovely cottage and totally enjoyed the front porch and beautiful backyard. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood especially to downtown Mt. Dora. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we got to know many of them. We highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage. Thank you Steve&Amy for a lovely vacation. Karen&Doug

I've stayed at quite a few places and I think this was one of my favorites. it was very cozy and had everything we needed to keep our kids entertained and comfortable while visiting family. I will keep this place in mind if we need a house in Mt. Dora again!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Slaven’s home was beautiful, and it was a perfect place for the four of us. We were in the area for a wedding in Mt. Dora, and the house was in a perfect location. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The next door neighbor was a gem. He was so kind. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, quiet home.

Maria’s place was a great base for the weekend trip! Great location. Maria was very helpful and informative, excellent communication throughout entire stay. The apartment was as described and we felt at home!

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Great stay, perfect for small families, close to walmart, magic kingdom, pool had our kids tired. We will definitely book again!

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

I never the host but they seem to be an honest and trustworthy person and the place itself was clean and comfortable. couldn't ask for more 10/10

Great place to stay in a great location!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay with Fonti! Traveling with my triplets can be a challenge, but this Airbnb made everything seamless and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The space was cozy, clean, and just right for a family—plenty of room for the kids to spread out and feel at home. The real highlight for my little ones was the pool and water park! They spent hours splashing, laughing, and making memories that they’ll be talking about for a long time. It was such a joy to see them so happy and entertained in a safe, fun environment. Fonti was an exceptional host—kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. When I realized I needed to extend our stay, he made it happen quickly and without any hassle. That flexibility made a world of difference and allowed us to enjoy one more night of relaxation and fun. Highly recommend this spot to any families

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

This place was perfect for our Disney vacation with myself and my two daughters. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Lovely immaculate kitchen with great lighting. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Would definitely stay again.
