Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mount Dora

The Clara Cottage is a spacious, clean and well decorated property. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown Mt Dora and all Mt Dora has to offer. We have stayed in Mt Dora many times, for the local stores, cuisine and the beautiful water ways. Talia and Gabi were both very responsive & helpful with any queries we had. We booked this trip on a whim just to get away for a few days. We had a great stay that was very comfortable and convenient to the entire town. The bed and linens were so soft and made for a restful nights sleep. It is pet friendly but kept super clean. It was hard to tell any animals may have been there before. The bathroom areas are a bit snug, but this is an older house in the historic district, so the space was utilized well for the purpose of the rental. We enjoyed the peace and serenity to recharge, feeling right at home the whole time. Kitchen was very well equipped with coffee, tea, condiments, and ice, so we had all the extras that are often missing at other rentals.

Home is in a quiet area with lots of privacy. Exactly as shown. Very clean and the Hosts are very responsive. We would stay again.

Val was very helpful from check in until check out. Everything went very smoothly and is a beautiful home. The home was set up with all the amenities we needed and had a well stocked kitchen. We were 2 families with teenagers and it was a great set up for us to enjoy time together around the fire pit or games at the dining room table while still having space to spread out. We brought out kayaks and found some wonderful places to explore nearby. we will definatly be renting this home again!

This AirBNB was so clean, comfy, and inviting. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, and we felt right at home for the night. The surrounding area is lovely and the amenities and space for the price we paid was great. Glenn was a great host!

This cozy cottage was so perfect. The clawfoot tub was to die for. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Tara was very responsive. We had no issues the entire stay. It was beautiful.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

The person in charge very attentive and willing to help in whatever is necessary flexible and very accessible entrance. Very clean place, super clean pool and very cosy place. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was our third stay with Leah, and like the other two times we really enjoyed the apartment! Close to the amusement parks, great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including products you might’ve forgot or even snacks to enjoy. We truly do find this apartment comfortable and peaceful, we can’t wait to come again soon!

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

The place was great! it was perfect for a quick family trip to Disney. Would highly recommend!

Nice, clean place. Well advertised and organized. Lots of little extras like toys for the little ones and extra place settings. Super easy to check in and about a 10 minute drive to Disney (depending on traffic). Great neighborhood with a Walmart right down the street (other shopping and restaurants really close, too). Kids were very excited when we got there. Great vacation!

We absolutely loved this place and would recommand it to everyone! It was nice staying here after a hot day in the Disney parks. The childrens. Mickey room was a lovely extra!
