The house is located in the center of the town, less than 1 km from all shops. You will also have a large yard in the back.

Comfortable accommodation for 4 people in Plouër-sur-Rance, 200 m from the Saint Hubert Bridge, a suspension bridge overlooking the Rance, it is ideally located to discover the Rance and the Emerald Coast: Saint-Suliac, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel… Close to hiking trails, you can walk along the banks of the Rance, swim, do water activities. (Marina 1 km walk, kayak rental, Paddle, sailing school).

A hidden gem on the Rance

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
