Nearby supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and hospital.

Entire place, clean and quiet with garden view. No heating. No smoking. Pets and parties are strictly prohibited in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Ideally located: 5 min from shops, 10 min from Bayonne, 15 min from Biarritz and 20 min from Basque villages (Espelette). Beaches are 12 km away via a bike path, and the Spanish border is 30 minutes away. Bus line 50 m away to go to Bayonne, Biarritz, etc. I host guests who only speak French.

Large comfortable studio

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
