Beautiful 4 bedroom cabin on lakeside estate

We spent almost two weeks in Alvasjö with a family of 8. The place is nothing less than magic. A lovely house, renovated just the way it should be, leaving the historic parts and gently adding modern needs. Sara and Ed were really helpful, always there when needed and very easy to contact. Excellent communication. The area is beautiful, went canoeing, rowing, fishing, mountainbiking, SUP, hiking, Sauna ob the lake, mushroom and blueberry picking. It was not „just another holiday“, it was more than what we all dreamed of when it comes to „holiday in Sweden“. Will certainly come back, a must go when you want to experience a comfortable and exciting holiday in the middle of wonderful swedish nature. Many many thanks for everything, Sara and Ed!

We spent a week in Martin and Maria's summer house. Communication with Martin went well. The location of the house is great, what a beautiful location on the Sommenmeer! The furnishings are complete and wonderfully light and modern. Lots of hiking, beautiful routes nearby. For fishermen also a super location! An unforgettable week, we would love to come back to this nice place!

We had a wonderful week at Magnus' chamerende house. We were 3 generations, 6 adults and two children. There was plenty of room for everyone in the many casually decorated spaces. Each room worked perfectly, and many activities could easily be done at the same time. We didn't have the best weather, so we couldn't take advantage of terrace facilities. But we went on some great trips to nearby sights. For example, Astrid Lindgren's world, Trolleskoven and Trolle caves. All with great success for both big and small. We also got the bath at various bathing spots. We are very happy and would love to come again.

There were nine of us and there was plenty of room and sleeping options. There was everything needed to cook and there was a great barbecue. The house has become well warm, especially with the fireplace. Highly recommended for a holiday with several people. We had a fantastic time and thank you for the accommodation.

We had a fantastic two weeks and were very welcome by Léon and Karin. We have loved the tranquility and space at the beautiful lake. The villa is very fully equipped, with all the comforts. We felt at home. Every evening we had the wood stove on and in the fire pit on the mountain we had winter- bbq. Sausages on the fire and mashmallows, and then enjoy the immense silence, wow! We fished and we were allowed to use the sled to sled from the mountain and toys were also ready. The kids were fantastic. The walks in the folder were also nice to do. So many nice things to see in the area. Gränna, Eksjo and more. In the night visit of deer and at Christmas visit from Santa Claus! So nice! Winter wonderland. We are fully equipped and actually didn't want to go home anymore. A fabulous Christmas and New Year's Eve. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this charming house for almost 3 weeks in August. The communication with Dan and Robert was great. They are great hosts and have furnished the house with a lot of love and care. It is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our three children also felt very comfortable. The garden is very large and offers plenty of space to romp, relax and discover. We did not use the in-house dock to the lake too often, as it is not so well suited for smaller children. However, there are some nice places in the area for bathing with infants. So that didn't bother us any further. Nature around the house, sunsets and tranquility are breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay in this small cottage. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere with the warm fireplace was very relaxing, and the surroundings offered stunning opportunities for exploration and walks. We will definitely come back!

Each morning before breakfast we walked across the sunny lawn and the forest to the sandy beach of lake Viken, where we had our first swim of the day. The rest of the days we enjoyed the sunshine on the large terrace or went hiking or cycling. The house was very comfortable due to the windows on all sides, the view and the complete facilities of good quality. It merely felt as an house for permanent living rather than a holiday home. Ulrika is a very nice host: well communicating, quickly responding, friendly and flexible.

The property is perfect for a vacation in a larger group. We were a total of 15 people and were able to spend a wonderfully snowy New Year's Eve there. Johan and Linnéa always responded quickly to questions both during and before arrival and were thus always able to help us quickly. All in all, a great place to stay and very great hosts.

Very good apartment, upstairs in a residential building. Good beds and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep in. Quiet surroundings, as there is no car traffic at night. Good equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. We will wish to rent again, if we have more errands in the region.

We had three beautiful days on the small island. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay very much. In the evening we could make fires and enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, there were also many mosquitoes, but we were prepared for that. The location is very nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is very simple, but with everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, etc. worked perfectly. The outdoor shower also serves its purpose. Communication with Peter was great and very fast. Definitely to be recommended.
