Holiday rentals with a patio in Mostacciano

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

Gianluca was exceptional. I forgot my keys inside, he was so kind and quick to help us get access back in. Gianluca went beyond all expectations I had, definitely will be coming back to his place and I will recommend him with all of my friends. Also, if you are interested in practicing speaking Italian, Gianluca is the best person to do so, he was very patient and helpful teaching me new vocabulary!!! My best wishes from Mexico!!! 🇲🇽🇮🇹

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

I loved this place! There was everything that I needed. I am quite funny with the smells and this place was clean no funny smell whatsoever. Freezer worked perfectly (that what I needed when outside 34). Conditions worked perfectly no complains at all. Over all i would definitely would recommend this place to stay.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a house for a few days, it was a refuge, a peaceful corner that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, effortlessly kind, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always running too fast, this has immense value. This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

We stayed here to visit Rome. Very easy access to Rome from nearby train station. The host was very proactive in terms of communication and check in instructions. We can highly recommend to stay here for a Rome visit.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed 2 nights, the apartment is spacious and well maintained, 4 of us were comfortable. The furniture is well maintained, clean and modern. There is also a private outdoor area with very cozy sofas. The host Giacomo was kind and helpful. A few metres away is the bus that takes you to the centre of Rome, a few steps away is a restaurant where you eat very well and a place to have an aperitif. Recommended!

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

We had a comfortable and calm stay. Everything clean and equipped with everything someone you're looking for to feel at home. While it is 1 hour away from Rome the access is easy from Termini station from where you take the metro to do the whole tourist tour. There is also a bus access option. Good value for money. Very attentive hosts.

Stefano has been one of the best hosts, if not the best one, we have had. His caring attention to detail, his clear and prompt communication and his willingness to assist us with special requests made our experience outstanding . The apartment was spotless, all the little details and treats he left for us made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, we love the fruit&vegetables store just across the street. The beach is very close too. We will definitely comeback.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Very spacious apartment and a very nice patio. great bedding we slept very well. apartment very well located 3 minutes walk from the very convenient metro station. close to shops and restaurants including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment.
