The kitchen block offers a fridge, a hob, a dishwasher, cooking utensils etc. The bedroom is directly adjacent and we had thought that we would add the bathroom with shower and toilet tastefully. The property is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance of the city. In close proximity there are various grocery stores. The view of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Grasberge are a bonus.
