Great stay at this property. Clean and well-equipped apartment, we appreciated the gesture when we arrived to have small chocolates for the children.

We had a great time, the city is very nice and by car/bike we are not far to get to the Mont! The accommodation perfectly matches the description and the layout has been well thought out including a beautiful decor. The little extra is Solène's guide which is really very well made! We recommend it+++

Wonderful studio apartment. Clean. Great view. Responsive hosts. Easy to find/parking plus cidre tasting in the market downstairs. The bicycles make accessing the Mont St Michel perfect. Excellent stay.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

This place is very beautiful and quiet , special mention for decor and taste , the house is beautiful, only downside the price of sheets €10 per person especially for a double bed it's a little inappropriate but we passed by and we had a nice short stay

Perrine's place exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a toddler and he was very happy there because he had a lot available. The beach was close and from there you could drive to enough excursion destinations. The house was very clean, well maintained and superbly equipped.

An impeccable and comfortable house, very well located for visiting Mont Saint Michel and spending an evening at the Rocher Portail. We had a lovely stay.

We had a last-minute change of plans and we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us! This is one of the few places we’ve seen advertised on Air Bnb that is 100% accurate: 3 full-sized beds and 3 separate bedrooms, with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer inside the house. We loved the ping pong table and the outdoor space. The parking is easy and off the street. Plus, it’s so close to Mont-Saint-Michel. Johanna was incredibly friendly and helpful and she gave us some great recommendations! We loved everything about staying here.

This apartment is well located (close to the city center, lake, casino,...), the description and photos are as advertised. A small "common" chalet also allows bikes to be sheltered and safe. Bénédicte is responsive when needed.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

Accommodation that exceeded my expectations. I found it better than the photos. This is a spacious, very functional, well-equipped and spotless studio. Good bedding, very clean. It was very quiet but only a few minutes walk from the city center. Perfect parking space. Fabien was available and responsive. Thank you.

Everything was perfect , you feel good right away! The apartment is bright, spacious and very well arranged! The terrace is well exposed)…. And quiet! The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100m away …. brief beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. The bikes available… that's great! We can't wait to come back!
