Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Two large and sunny rooms. Located near the Jardim Botânico park, the Rodoferroviária and the Municipal Market. It does NOT have a parking space, but the street is very quiet (neighborhood) and has 24-hour surveillance on the neighborhood streets. If you prefer, there are paid parking lots very close to the building. We have a protective net on all windows!!!
