TV room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom. 100m² room. Upper floor. Two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Air-conditioning in two bedrooms. In the living room, fans and other environments. We rent mostly to couples and families. The use of the house laundry is not included. There is no Netflix, but there is a TV box.

Strategic location with quick access to Antonina-PR. * Please note that there is a bus stop located almost in front of the residence. If necessary, I can advise you on how to use it.
