The place is identical to the photos! Safe, clean, well-equipped and quiet condominium. The apartment is cozy, everything is very clean, equipped with essentials and super functional. The host was super kind and friendly, giving clear and objective answers, and responding super fast! I'll be back again. I traveled for work, but I plan to return with my family. Spectacular!!!

We spent 6 months in the Sanctuary and were one of the best months of our lives. We regenerate emotionally and mentally with the proximity of nature and being able to see the green of the plants through the window. The house is fully equipped, and Edinho (homemade) is extremely good and available people. Gary and Rogério are amazing and the atmosphere is magical. A place for those who want to rest, disconnect from the big city routine. I HIGHLY recommend and go with an open heart, it will be a life-changing experience.

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

This is the second time we've stayed at the house, the location is sensational, right in the center of Morretes and with the river at the back of the house... you can go in if you want. The house has a huge potential, it is simple but functional, the only thing that is lacking is the cleaning, it could be better, the mattresses and bed linen have a strong musty smell. But Luiza, who takes care of the house and welcomed us, is extremely friendly and kind, welcomed us and was available for anything.

The beautiful chacará, very pleasant. The whole house and hall this helps a lot (you don't have to take a lot of rsrs), I paid a visit earlier to see the place, since it was my little one's niver. Luciana cannot be present for check-in and chack-out, understandable due to her being with a new baby and, even so, it was very attentive and receptive passing all the information and tips (through Whats), we will return with certainty.

The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Marli was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the flexibility they had regarding check-in and check-out. In addition, the building is super safe and well located, close to bakeries, restaurants and the bus station. It is also worth saying that the view from the apartment is beautiful! I highly recommend it!

Excellent apartment and great location. Would stay again. Blackout shades, smart TV, everything you could want in the kitchen (except a drip coffee maker), washer/dryer, comfortable couch, plenty of lighting, and a large off-street parking spot. The only cons are that the internet/wi-fi speed could have been better, but it did everything we needed it to) and that you have to download an app to access the building (and registering your face with the app is all but required as using the QR code option never worked for me).

The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, we were in 3 people and a large pet and we were super well, great location near the market, pharmacy, bakery. In the kitchen has essential utensils, we do not miss anything, even had coffee capsules to use the coffee maker. Communication with the hostess has always been quick and she is always willing to help. We indicate the accommodation for sure and whenever possible we will return
