Easy parking outside, comfortable main bed, clean kitchen, easy walk to town centre, restraunts, train station and other small town amenities. Very responsive hosts, any comments or questions were responded to very quickly. Would happily use them again.

Location and annexe was absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures. The attention to detail was outstanding. I would 1000% recommend. Helena was so welcoming, she really has made an extremely beautiful space and when I'm back in Leeds I'll definitely be trying to book back here

Sally was a great host who helped me out at very short notice when I realised I’d booked the wrong night to start my stay!So a massive thank you Sally. The accommodation itself is spotlessly clean, and has every amenity you could wish for - Sally really has thought of everything. The perfect place to stay when visiting Leeds but wishing to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle - and so much nicer than a hotel room.
