Close walking distance to Fjällbacka's city center (about 5 minutes). In the house there is a kitchen/living room and bathroom. You have access to two parking spaces on the property. There is a large lawn and a terrace as well as a balcony, both of which have sun all day and well into the evening. Renovation is underway in parts of the house but there is nothing that affects its use.

Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
