The houses are tastefully decorated to a high standard and are located on the shoreline with its own pier and boathouse. There is also a sauna for rent for SEK 500.

For those who want to hike in Bohuslän environment on rocks and in groves, sunbathe and swim, paddle. In the ground floor of the house there is the kitchen, the hall and toilet and shower room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a hall, sleeps 5. Otterön is without bridge connection, shops, and streets. Hired only on weekly basis.

Our magazine where you rent the upstairs is 5 minutes walk from the center. There are two swimming area, if you walk through the harbor there are diving towers and changing cabins. The swimming area south has a sandy beach with mountains and jetty. Veteberget where you can see all the way to the Weather Islands and Kvarnberget which is very close, you can enjoy the sunset. The magazine is part of the property and is surrounded by a large lush garden. In the lower floor of the magazine, I have my studio.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

The house has a very large garden and partly ocean view. It takes 2 min to get to the sea and the smooth rocks were you can go for a nice swim. It takes 10 min to get to the village center. There you will find restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the local bakery as well as a grocery store. Parking included.
