Holiday rentals with lake access in Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

A great stay, accommodation (works and decoration) done with taste. Quiet, peaceful, we really felt good. the private terrace is great for enjoying the beautiful weather. I recommend

We had a great stay at Marguerite and Jessy's. The chalet is part of a secure private residence by a lake. It is a peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting for a weekend. Our children loved going on an adventure alone on the pedal boat that came with the chalet (and we were reassured by the life jackets😅). Tennis, basketball, Molki, petanque. It's impossible to get bored. And above all, what a pleasure to have an aperitif on the terrace by the water. It's hard to believe we're so close to Paris! Very good equipment and bedding. And responsive and friendly hosts. We recommend and will be back!

We had a great stay at Christine and Laurent's. From check-in to check-out, the host is available if needed and privacy for the pool and spa. Very quiet and relaxing environment. We'll be happy to go back!

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedalo, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!
