This cozy cottage is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.
