Lovely apartment - good location - lake view - recommended for a short trip

I stayed with Manni for a month and felt at home from day one. He is friendly, helpful and easy to live with. The location is nice, well connected with public transportation, and there is a grocery store nearby.

The apartment has a great location, only the street separates you from the lake. Price performance is right. Dieter is always available and very friendly and helpful. In the summer it is certainly fantastic there.

We spent 5 nights with our family in Robert's beautiful house. The house is right on the lake and has exceeded our expectations from the location. We were able to enjoy the sunset on the terrace in the evening. Communication was excellent, a children's travel cot for our one-year-old granddaughter was immediately provided. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We stayed there as a group of 5 people for a weekend. The place was very nice, we were quickly helped with problems, all residents and other vacationers were super friendly. We were able to play wonderful games in the shared garden but also at our dining table. The walks on the Danube were a highlight and you can easily walk to the Rewe including the bakery just like downtown and the good Italian Pizzeria Romana. In addition, there are also two bikes that can be rented for free. Thank you!

Noce place to stay with the bigger group

Clean space in a quiet location. Accommodation has a balcony with a view of Lake Chiemsee. Everything necessary (restaurant, supermarket, shipping) within walking distance. Definitely recommended!

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

An all-round carefree apartment in the perfect location! We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

It was a wonderful, quiet New Year's! A spontaneous booking and not regretted! In the summer months, many activities are possible! In the off-season, a beautiful quiet place to relax! Highly recommended!

The stay was short, but the recreational value was twice as high. The communication with Thomas was impeccable and super nice and helpful. I am very impressed with the kitchen equipment and especially the available spices, as well as coffee and tea were looking for the same. Everything was really thought of. The location of the house is of course also a special plus! A property with direct lake access is simply something very special. Too bad it was still too cold from the season to swim in the lake. This will probably lead to another booking in the summer!

We had an amazing time! The flat is ideally located: very close to the lake, in a quiet environment and easily accessible! We found the flat larger than what we expected from the pictures and it was very comfortable. Rolf is great host and was kind enough to communicate with us in a perfect French! He gave us good advices on where to go for our walks and always replied very promptly. We can only recommend this place and consider coming back in the future.

Don’t hesitate to stay in Laura’s beautiful home if you have the chance. It’s spacious, stylish, and just a short walk to the river, gardens and Munich old town- just perfect! Laura was so helpful- from being flexible with check in time, to providing us with the best options for traveling back to the airport. Thanks so much!

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

We had a wonderful weekend at BiberLoft. Great view directly on the Danube, many small details that make the loft homely. The music system, as well as a projector for the movie night and the great lighting, everything was used. We will be happy to come back in summer
