The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The bathroom in marble look is equipped just as high-quality as the apartment. Linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional €15 per stay and per person. Please provide us with brief information. The fee is paid on site.
