Holiday rentals with a patio in Mooresville

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

Love the peaceful atmosphere. The place was very quiet and super cute as the photos. Will be booking again!

Quiet neighborhood location not too far off major roadway. The property was exactly as described, very clean & great for our family of 4. We would stay here again!

Our group had an amazing time staying here! Everyone's room had a comfortable, clean bed, the backyard was super peaceful for a morning coffee, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay here again!

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Linda is a great host, very friendly and always responsive . The house is cozy in nice and peaceful neighborhood. We had a very good time in the house.

Great place with top notch hosts

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect! Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. So close to restaurants, museums, and entertainment venues- all walkable!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.
