Julie is very responsive and accommodating. We had 7 guests and the house was spacious. It was in close proximity to USAFA as we were attending graduation ceremonies throughout the week. The hot tub was always clean and at 104 degrees. Grill on the deck was in excellent condition with plenty of propane.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!
