Monthly Rentals in Monument Lake

This property was absolutely perfect. Exceptionally stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and living room furniture, beautiful patio, newer appliances and literally everything we needed. The location is perfect for so many activities, trails, Garden of the God's, Royal Gorge, Cave of the Winds, etc. We absolutely loved our visit. Having the ability to bring our two pups was awesome as well. Stacy was so quick to respond to all communication and checked in during our stay. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb properties and this was easily the best experience. Thank you so much!!

Clean and easy, great views around the neighborhood made walking the dog less of a chore

My travel partner took care of check in and transferring our belongings from car to rooms while I was elsewhere. The host family helped! The wooded path from parking to door was typical for a wooded path, that is, a little bumpy and unlighted for my arrival after dark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little hide-away! The unit was clean, bright and comfortable for our family. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was perfect. We made multiple meals and never had to worry about a utensil, pot, pan or anything else! Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more, but the weather had different plans. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved being able to walk to cafes, the ice cream shop and other places in historic downtown Monument.
