Free parking reserved in front of the house. Tram 2 at 400 m 30 min to Comédie on foot or 15 min to tram, 15 minutes from the beach by car. An outdoor hot tub can be provided on request. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.

The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation.
