Cozy and well-equipped house, with outdoor areas to enjoy the outdoors. We went with small children and they could swim, swing and move freely. The rural setting is nice and quiet. We had a great time at Monique & Charly. The space was spotless and everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and Saint-Papoul is quite easy to get to. The bakery in the village, 50m away and the grocery store offer very good quality products. Charly & Monique's welcome and kindness were also very much appreciated;-) - in short, we had a very good week, with a lot of visits & hikes and were able to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts and boulodrome in front of the house. Thank you.

Excellent stay in the gite des Calmettes! A very big thank you to Stéphane for his warm welcome and his very great availability. The site is beautiful, the cottage huge, very well equipped with plenty of games available. We came to 5 squasher families in quite rainy times, so the squash yard and the spa saw us every day!...

The stay went perfectly. We were in a cocoon of sweetness, timeless, for this evening/night spent with the family. Louise was responsive (we booked in the morning for the same evening) and always very kind in all our exchanges.

This place was amazing for my family, we had my 8month old with us and the house is a perfect set up for babies. location was great on getting about places. Oliver sent over recommendations which were perfect for us and was also extremely flexible on checking out with our little one. perfect family place.

We came in a clean house with a nice big swimming pool and a nice lawn. The wine bottle was not missing on arrival, attentive. Convenient was there and buggy and travel bed. We are there in the 1.5 weeks we were there completely relaxed.

A place in the middle of nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. We had a great week with the family, I would recommend it. The only downside is the presence of wasps.

Very nice little house in a quiet area and in the middle of fields of sunflowers and vines, with a small river a few meters away, in which you can swim in crystal clear water in the company of crayfish. The house is ideally located to visit Carcassonne and its surroundings. You will have access nearby to the city, caves, abyss, Cathar castles, Canal du Midi, etc. In addition, Catherine and Dominique are very welcoming and discreet hosts, who will give you the best tips for visiting their region.

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.
