This charming little house (40 m²) is perfect for one or two couples, or a family with two children. Large open-plan bedroom, mezzanine with 2 single beds, which can also be joined together for a second couple. Large outdoor area for relaxing and dining in the shade of the pine trees. The pool, heated by a bubble wrap cover, is shared with the owner (you will have priority). Open all year round, but 'swimmable' from May to September, weather permitting. Walking tour starting right from the house.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

In our large property we offer an apartment to meet as a couple, family, friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.

Métairie du Château – Berthe l Pool l Air con

The private Berthe apartment is air-conditioned, it is located in the heart of the Métairie du Château, on the 1st floor, overlooking the courtyard of an old rehabilitated farmhouse. It is named after one of the sharecroppers and is in the old barn. Outdoor parking space in the private path, shared pool access to the property. Bed linen and bath sheets will be provided, Wi-Fi connection available.
