The house is engulfed with lush vines and greenery giving it a Tuscan vibe complete with a hand-painted address tile made in Italy and a Moroccan tiled pool. It has always been a dream of ours to own a villa in Istria. The space inspired by our favorite destinations with an Istrian twist.

Magnolia house - Magnolia appartman

The house is in a village near Porec (4 km). The village is quiet and the house is remote from noice and crowd. The village is near the main intersection (5 km), which connects all the major centers in Istria (Rovinj, Pula, Rabac, Umag, Novigrad). You can not walk to the beach and sea but by car is 7 minuts away. The yard is large and fenced and with lot of plants and is ideal for families with small children. The supermarkets (Koufland, Lidl etc.) are 2 km away.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
