Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Montižana

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. Communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great holiday home that we can recommend without reservation.

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

We have now been to this beautiful holiday home for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is superbly equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A very big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we immediately felt welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The car parking space is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

We had a relaxing week with 6 people and two dogs, although the weather was unfortunately not so great at times. Each room has its own bathroom, the beautiful olive garden with pool was completely enclosed with a fence/wall and the location of the house was perfect for excursions or driving to the sea in a few minutes. A well-stocked supermarket is also within walking distance. House/kitchen is well equipped and the freezer is large enough for BARFers ;-). Matea and her mom are super nice and quickly accessible if you need anything. We and the dogs felt very comfortable, thank you!

We were able to book the accommodation at Silvana's at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

The place more than met our expectations. Although the first impression from the street was still very inconspicuous, we were convinced of the opposite when entering the house. The rooms were extremely modern and comfortably furnished, the kitchen also extremely well equipped. The private garden with pool and outdoor kitchen was also ideal for our group of 8 and invited us to relax. The separate pool house or the freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms was also a small highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the time there and can definitely recommend it. ☀️

We were there with the two kids. Family-friendly is 100% true here. You feel at home and Oggi the dog is in the hearts of the children inside. Totally sufficient for 2+2. Great grill on the terrace. Relaxation for the parents, because the children can play nicely on the property. Will come again any time :)!

Very clean and fragrant apartment, comfortable with all available services such as food, towels and toilet. Dubravka is also very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back.:)

We had a lovely stay at Matt and Anna’s “kucica” home! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and everything was even better than the description. What really stood out for us was the dinner - such an incredible experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.
